  1. How do u get a child to drink adequate water for their age

    1. 1. You can start by leading by example. How often do you drink water infront or around your child? This is a good way to show that water is essential for them.

      2. Ensure water is easily accessible for them. You can have multiple cups or bootlegs around the child that they can see often and reach for without needing assistance.

      3. Focus on the vessel or the vehicle. For example some children like pure water sachets. Majorly cuz it’s squishy and has a unique sound. so you can wrap their own cup or bottle in a a sachet (supervised of course) so they think they are drinking from that. Another example could be they want an open cup but are not good at controlling it. You can search for dido cups or 360 mouthed cups that are no spill but still encourage open mouth drinking.
