Here are details you need to know after subscribing to the community
- Add nutrition4kidsng@gmail.com to your address book, mark as not SPAM so that you will receive all of our emails
- Join the Telegram Group and introduce yourself. IF YOU ARE NOT THERE PLS LET US KNOW by sending us a mail or a DM on IG.
- All the contents and resources for the community are available in your profile area and you can access it as long as you are a member of the community.
- Once you log in, Kindly visit the ‘Journey So Far’ section on your profile to get started. Remember, access is only for the month(s) of active subscription. So maximize the opportunity and enjoy the learning.
- If your card is is connected to our payment platform, you will be charged automatically when your current subscription expires after prior notice. Should you decide not to continue, simply deactivate from the mail send to you or email nutrition4kidsng@gmail.com to cancel stating you want to Cancel and include your Telegram phone number and we will do that within 48 hours. If you do not do both and your card is charged, we will provide NO REFUNDS.
- If you do not continue your subscription, you LOSE ACCESS to the MEMBERSHIP and all the benefits
How to CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
Send an email to nutrition4kidsng@gmail.com The email should contain your telegram phone number and should state you want to CANCEL.
The email should be sent a minimum of 48 hours before your next billing date. Please NOTE this.

- HOW DO I ACCESS MY PROFILE?
Click HERE to login into your profile. You would need the email address and password created or upgraded for you. When you first login in you would our community generated password. Once you login, you can change your password to best suit you.
- HOW DO I ACCESS THE RESOURCES AND LECTURES?
Login into your profile and click THE JOURNEY SO FAR. Here you can catch up on previous lectures and resource materials. (WATCH THE VIDEO ABOVE FOR FURTHER CLARIFICATION)
- HOW DO I SHOP ON THE WEBSITE?
Login into your profile and click HERE. Place the items you would like in your cart and click “view cart”. When you are done shopping click on check out, fill out shipping details and make payment.
- WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDERS?

1-3 working Days. We do not do weekend deliveries
NATIONWIDE DELIVERIES
Delivery takes 3-5 working days and we dispatch the next working day from when you placed your order.
Delays will be minimized but cannot be avoided completely. Updates will be given in real time
- HOW DOES MEMBERSHIP WORK?
To retain membership, payment of the either of the following options would be required.

- REFUND AND RETURN POLICY?
Food and perishables items CANNOT be returned once dispatched to customers. Refunds are subject to the company’s discretion.
Refunds will not be issued for membership fees and membership fees cannot be exchanged for other services or products under NUTRITION4KIDSNG.
- DO WE STILL HAVE ACCESS TO MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS EVEN IF WE STOP SUBSCRIBING?
You lose ALL Access once you discontinue your subscription
- DO I GET A ONE ON ONE CONSULTATION WITH THE IN-HOUSE PEDIATRIC NUTRITIONIST?
No, you do not except you are on the VIP membership plan and with this it is also limited. You can get access in the community telegram group periodically or everyday depending on your membership plan. Feel free to ask any questions you have under the lesson of the month or in the telegram community. However, members enjoy a percentage discount on One-on-One consultations (Book HERE)
