Our seasoning powders are 100% natural, low in sodium and free from additives, preservatives and MSG. Our ingredients are sourced locally from smallholder farmers in Eastern Nigeria.
Ingredients: Ehuru (Calabash Nutmeg), Uziza seed (Piper Guineense),Chili pepper, Alligator pepper, Garlic, Ginger and a pinch of Uda (Negro Pepper) .
How to use: Start with one teaspoon and adjust based on the quantity of meal being cooked. For best results, use our dry spices with fresh aromatics – garlic, ginger and onion paste.
Storage: Keep airtight and store in a cool, dry and dark place, away from heat and light. Avoid shaking dry spices directly into food to prevent steam from getting in and introducing moisture which may affect the shelf life. Also ensure that measuring spoons are completely dry before dipping into spices. Our spices and seasoning powders are preservative free so it is important to store them properly
